Exceptional dinner in the restaurant and a tasty breakfast (breakfast included). Decent room and very good value. Staff were really attentive. Would recommend, especially for cyclists on the sustrans route. 🚴
Christmas meal with the family. The food was delicious and exceeded expectations for a good value set menu. Staff were friendly and helpful and the pub had a cosy atmosphere.
Nice little pub, but the waitress had a serious lack of allergen knowledge. Seemed to think that sourdough bread made with wheat flour was OK for a coeliac. I'd eat here again, but my mother has lost all confidence in the place and won't.
Popped in for an afternoon drink and now booked in the restaurant for this evenings festive banquet. Happy days. Great dining, wine selection and service. Totally recommend
This is a wonderful place to eat. There is a two course fixed price menu for just £15 plus the standard menu. We also tried the orange wine which was unusual and enjoyable. Great service and even better food.
