Fantastic atmosphere, warm and welcoming people, will visit again.
First time i have been very nice, Bar staff excellent.
Great club with a lot of decent folk but unfortunately a few ten bob millionaires who have big egos go in . But majority top people no scum Run very well by the steward and drinks always spot on can get very busy . Great club
Probably very nice but frustrating that I phoned yesterday to ask about membership, only to be told that they only take membership requests on the last Monday of the month and I'd missed it by one day! ☹
Shaw Comrades, lovely, clean and the people in and behind the bar are really friendly. Me and my wife joined a couple of weeks ago not knowing anyone who goes in their and to be honest we've driven past the place for years and eventually curiosity got the better of us and we're so glad we did 😄 After we had done our membership at the bar (£2) we were given a warm welcome by a few of the regulars welcoming us to their club (now it's your club too one member said) If you like sport, any sport they have over 20 screens so this new member is looking forwards to dark winter nights watching sport etc with new friends. By the way the beer garden is like a secret garden so hats off to the Comrades club, see you soon 👍🏻
