great location, good size rooms,we were welcomed by Joseph who made us feel at home and was so helpful.will definitely stay here again
I was greeted by the manager Joseph who was very helpful and welcoming. We were booked in very promptly and left to sort out our things. The room was spacious and packed with amenities for our convenience the bed was comfy. We had drinks at the bar in the evening and nothing was too much to ask the staff. Breakfast was laid out ready in the morning and was very nice. We had our evening meal at their Caribbean restaurant and it was amazing very well made and tasty. Service was 10/10. The only downside was parking however this is in no way the hotels fault due to location.
Clean, decent older rooms, but the service is superb. Ideal location within walking distance of .........everything you can walk to! A lovely old hotel with real charm and lots of interesting features. We will certainly go back.
I stayed here overnight and was very impressed with the service I received. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I found them very welcoming. The only downside was car parking as I had to go out at 9am to move my car due to limits on the car park. This is in no way the hotels fault and wasn't a huge issue, more a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious and well prepared. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommended and I will definitely book here again when I am next staying in the area
Really lovely building (I'm a fan of stained glass windows!!). Rooms lovely and spacious. Ours had solid dark wood furniture and although it faced the road it was quiet at night even with the window open. Continental breakfast- toast, cereal, cheese, crackers, fruit, Danish, tea and coffee. Special shout out to Rick - really jolly, friendly and helpful. New Caribbean menu sounded fabulous- we didn't get chance to try it this time, but definitely will when we next visit.
