If none of those options take your fancy, don’t worry! We have darts and pool too, and we’re always on the lookout for the next Phil Taylor or Ronnie O’Sullivan to join our teams – just ask at the bar and we’d love to have you on board (whatever your ability!).
We also show all the best live sport, host karaoke nights and even live music on the weekends.
The Seymour is the proud home of Roast 2 You – a seven-day-a-week roast which you can either eat in or take away. Simply call us or use Uber, Deliveroo or Just Eat to make your order.
If you do choose to eat in, you won’t be disappointed. You’ll enjoy your meal in a family atmosphere and friendly staff led by Publican Alex, all customers new and old are very much welcome at the Seymour.
It’s available from midday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and from 3pm on Monday to Friday. We also offer a snack menu and, of course, our bar comes well stocked with great real ales, wines and even a range of delightful cocktails!
We’re right in the heart of Plymouth, a city known for its maritime heritage and historic Barbican district with its quaint, cobbled streets, and top attractions like Sutton Harbour and the National Marine Aquarium are just a short walk away.

Everything was perfect besides the fact I was mis identified as a different customer a d accused of drug related issues, I myself have been clean for 4 years so to have this thrown in my face is pretty poor in the management part as I was merely there to celebrate my father's death I have clean drug test for ,14 previous months so having this accusation is very appealing on a customer service perspective.
Lovely pub, friendly staff with a great atmosphere went for karaoke was a good laugh
A GREAT PUB! Pop yourself on in for a pint or something stronger and get to know the lovely locals! Atmosphere is a 10/10, outstanding service from all of the friendly staff, fantastic prices alongside a wide selection! Outdoor seating available too, perfect for those summer nights! Get on down!
Went up Seymour arms today with a friend had food 😋 lovely defiantly be going again staff lovely and chef was kind and help with all are need great friendly place food value good menu just over all a fantastic family rub pub catering for all well done guys .
