Food service was SLOW! Food was good tho and there is a good atmosphere inside the pub. It does get busy so I would recommend booking in advance. Regular mixed grill was more than enough for 2. Nans tasted fresh.
Fantastic evening tonight with some very talented singers/musicians. Friendly bar staff, well worth a visit.
The worst Indian i’ve ever had. Spent £35 to be honest the mixed grill was alright but cold. The Lamb madras was terrible. Tasted like they had put 2 beef stock cubes in it. So salted and the lamb was tough as old boots. Rice and chips stone cold and had to cook afterwards as we were still hungry. Expected good things as heard good things but really disappointed. Won’t be eating from there again!
You don't spend good money to be witnessing fights breaking out so first and last time for 11 of us as a family party.
Just popped in for a quick drink, staff are very friendly served promptly, beer good. But unfortunately someone was vaping inside the bar area instead of outside. Put me off. We went and sat outside.
