Had a wonderful spa day, booked through a black Friday deal and everything was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, the spa was quiet and the massage was lovely. Will definitely be back.
We had the most amazing Christmas here with our young family. The staff were really relaxed with the kids playing and dancing during Christmas dinner but very professional at brining the food out and polite. We were worried the kids would get bored but they gave them toys to play with and Santa came to visit. There was only was sitting so we didn’t feel rushed and the atmosphere was lovely. We loved the music being on loud to dance too and the food was very good. Especially the beef
Had a lovely experience at Rockliffe Hall; the whole experience truly made my wife’s birthday a magical one that we will not be forgetting anytime soon! The food was beautiful. The treatment was relaxing and the spa well equipped. The staff on numerous occasions wished my wife a happy birthday and she really appreciated it, they also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were very polite - a wonderful service as we can’t wait to be back!
We booked the morning room for Mam's 90th birthday celebration, a private afternoon tea for a party of 15. From the initial enquiry to the day itself, the communication and service we experienced was exceptional. The room was perfect for a party of 15 elderly people, the surroundings and venue are stunning. We were able to arrive early to add some personal touches to the room, the food was served in a relaxing manner and of excellent quality. Everyone was looked after impeccably by the staff who are a credit to the hotel. Highly recommended for a special occasion. Thank you to all the staff for making a memorable day for Mam and her guests.
What another amazing stay at Rockliffe Hall! My mum and I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to celebrate birthdays/Mother’s Day etc! The customer service is incredible we truly feel special and so relaxed. The attention to detail from every single member of staff makes all the difference! No other spa/hotel we’ve visited compares to this place - the room, food, spa, treatments every single aspect is 10/10! Thank you so much for another unforgettable time! We can’t wait to return :)
