Nice selection of beers and a great lunchtime menu. Good service too.
We didn't have a reservation and it was a Saturday lunch time when the Stratford street markets were on and the whole town was busier than normal but we were given a table for four we were served by John and he was absolutely brilliant and professional he sorted our drinks order and later returned to take our food order we opted to eat in the restaurant area away from the bar area and it was comfortable and really nice. John soon returned with our food and it was delicious. Will definitely return next time we are in town and a special thanks to John and the rest of the staff for a very enjoyable time.
Decent sized beer garden. We had chicken wings, potato dippers and chicken goujons which were all pretty good.
We just had a quick bite here. The location is great: they have a large garden by the river which is perfect for spring and summer. They have a great variety of dishes. The salad and chips we ordered were tasty, the only thing the cheese chunks were huge and hard to manage.
Absolutely delicious, fresh and amazing value food. Phenomenal service from Mark and Jake. We came here with a large group children and 7 adults, and they were so welcoming, patient and kind. Thank you! Will definitely be returning in future!
