Came to this lovely pub after our Mam Tor hike. Very much needed 😋 was great pub grub and had a good spacious seating area outside. Was a gorgeous day weather wise and a successful hike, I would recommend this place to other walkers to check out and rest those feet 😄
A pleasant one day stay at The Rumbler Inn. We had to book two separate rooms to accommodate 1 adult and 1 child but if you book directly on their website family rooms are available. Its cosy and comfy. The food was good too. Everyone at the bar and service were helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back here again. The beer garden over looks the mountains. It’s perfect for the summer.
Lovely traditional pub with a good selection of beers on tap. Real fires in a couple of places so warm and cosy. Dog friendly 😊. Only real complaint was that the lite bites were very lite - dirty fries £7 for a tiny bowl of chips (say 10 or so) - it was tasty though.
Perfect location for a pint after you've had your hike around the peak district. Would recommend. You might not get a seat though but the pint made it worth while. Nothing better than a cold drink after a long walk. Highly recommend!
Lovely setting for a stay over. A small group of us came up to walk the hills. Shared a twin room which was a bit small but perfectly functional, clean and well appointed. Bar and restaurant were great. Wide selection of food and beers. Would thoroughly recommend it.
