This is a wmc in Carlisle city centre, with bt sports and a function and snooker room.
Went out of their way to help my friend to get into the club with his invalid carriage.
Didn't like going upstairs to play darts no bar or toilets
As a memeber can only praise the club members and staff. Fantatstic. Well worth a visit from all. Great hospitality.
Went for 80th birthday party was ideal place.. Great party. Cheap drink was a bonus.
Very old worldie upstairs with everywhere being wood around the walls etc rather dark but nice and comfy . Lovely little nar downstairs with friendly helpfull staff everyother thursday nights there is a folk session held upstairs .

The Kings Head is on Fisher Street, which is behind the Town Hall and next to the Guildhall. This part of the city dates back to Medieval times, and ale is reputed to have been available on the site of The Kings Head as early as the 10th century!
