As even a first time customer i had no problem with any service, the land lady is brilliant, the staff are friendly, I have no complaints whatsoever. This is my new local, and i've NEVER had any trouble, plus they have security outside on major events, anyone saying there are problems are jealous/liars i've seen non trouble/beef and the land lady if you have a problem, see her, she is great, i'm just a drinker there, but theres plenty of places in this town i'd dare not go. Im glad I found a decent place to drink
