Excellent pub, friendly staff and live music in its own room.
A wonderful cozy pub. We were welcomed by Dean. We are new to the area and Dean gave us a lot of information to surrounding places. There is a large screen to watch sport. Bring your own food and they will provided cutlery so you get the pub experience with your takeaways!
Lovely local pub. Outside music venue and a back room for dancing. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere... Loved it 🎶👌
This is a little gem of a pub. Dean & Damien are lovely and the bar staff are always friendly and welcoming. Great outdoor space and good for a night of music and laughter. Rooms above the pub have everything you need and best of all they’re very close to the bar!
Our band recorded at Peter Gabriel's studio around the corner in 2019. Dean (Deen?), the bar owner, was the most hospitable person I ever met in my travels abroad. Great conversation, great food, just an amazing overall vibe. I highly recommend visiting if you find yourself wanting delicious food, great ale, and a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks for taking care of us!
