Aggressively told no mobile phones , 5 years this rule has been in place I was told so I should know better , I've never sat foot in this place ever before nor will I ever visit again
It's a Sammy Smith's pub, I love the Taddys lager but like most Sammys pubs there's no atmosphere. It's not allowed!
Most depressing pub on the planet. If you run a business off a mobile phone you are stuffed. NOR FORNS, NOR IPADS, NOR LAPTOPS, NOR SATNAVS (Couldn't believe that one tbh) No swearing, which is understandable, oh yes,,,,,, and nor £50 notes. The only conversation you get is, Not maarr rules, I dont marke the rules. The owner markes the rules. All you can hear is tick tock, tick tock tick tock, tick tock.
Thought I'd check to see if you have to put your name in here n guess what it does it automatically through Facebook, so it just shows nate brand talks bollocks n he put his review on here himself as he has a password on his phone! Just proving a point! But yes good pub food atmosphere good people n most importantly great beer,cheers all.
Typical Sam Smith's pub no frills and no music. Beer was good and friendly bar staff. On the whole an enjoyable experience
