We’ve recently re-opened after having a large refurbishment, with a stunning Orangery dining room, with fine views across the Irwell valley to Holcombe and 5 stunning new boutique bedrooms added to our offer.

Located in the peaceful village of Summerseat. We are a short stroll to the steam railway station, with plenty of scenic walks suitable for all abilities nearby. A family run traditional community pub we offer a warm, friendly welcome.
