Ordered gourmet steak along with 3 others. 3 plates had items missing. We had to request and wait for them. Steak wasn't cooked to our request, so we had to send 2 back. Little disappointed. Chips were warm.
Popped in for a drink prior to going elsewhere in town for the evening. Staff helpful, polite and efficient. We found a table easily despite the time of day (7pm). Atmosphere was nice, not too loud or too busy.
A fairly spacious J.D.'s inside & all on 1 floor so, was glad the Toilets were on the one Level. I had the Curry Club with an Onion Bhaji & Samosa plus a Pint of their Real Ale & was really good. The Food was cooked & served very promptly & was still nice & hot when brought to our table. Prices were cheaper than other Wetherspoon's I've been to apart from the "Bears Head" in Penarth which was of similar price. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this Wetherspoon's.
A lovely looking Spoons from the outside with it taking up the full corner site at the roundabout. Once inside it's floor space is more wide than long and the bar is quite close from the front door. The interior needs a bit of an update decorwise and isn't as clean and trendy as other Spoons. We only had a hot chocolate so didn't dine. There were a couple of families in but mostly seemed like middle aged men chatting loudly to each other then making loud phonecals that everyone had to listen to unfortunately. A member of staff told him bravely to 'quieten it down' but that didn't work. All in all its a spoons and you know what to expect but don't think we will visit again if we visit Swansea unfortunately
