Nice friendly country type pub in the old St mellons village. I am happy to come here again in the future.

Very nice and the food was the best I've had in a while 10 out of 10.
Went here for dinner last night and my father in law had an issue with his meal (steak was not a great cut), but the staff went above and beyond the rectify the issue. They upgraded his sirloin to a fillet, gave us the meal for free as well as a free round of four drinks, and were extremely apologetic. Portions are very generous and great value for money, staff are friendly and attentive.
Opening weekend under new management. The place has great atmosphere. The DJ and karaoke was very good tonight. Bar staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely beer garden to sit out in the sun on a lovely summers day/evening. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
