Wonderful place, went in simply for a huge dessert, with my friend as it was my birthday, the choice was fabulous, and huge was an understatement, needed a doggy bag, staff lovely and helpful..fantastic time.

Absolutely lovely pub. Very well set out. As soon as you enter you can smell the food, & it smells amazing. Went for a family meal & the service was first class. Food arrived in a good time & the food was out of this world. Also ordered dessert with the kids loved. Adults ordered what Plum Tree Farm call Cake Away which I thought was classic. The size of the desserts are well worth getting & there's a good variety to choose from. Highly recommended visiting. We will definitely be back soon

Very nice but standard carvery food. Plenty of choice, most of the items were cooked well (apart from the 'raw in the middle' parsnips). The seating area for the food kinda felt like a barn where they'd thrown a load of tables in though, not the best atmosphere. But we went for the aim to eat a load of food and that's what we did!

We had never been to one of your restaurants before, having always frequented another well known carvery, so apart from the carvery we didn’t know what to expect! We weren’t disappointed! Reasonable price, great food, meats were amazing, veg was soft but not over cooked, the cheesyest cauliflower cheese!! The main carvery guy carried a plate of dinner to a table for a lady sat near us which I thought was really kind. As we were staying next door, the next night we returned for drinks and the yummiest cake we’ve ever had!! Again great experience and we would absolutely return!!

It was a typical Sunday for a carvery . Its my first visit and we went on recommendation. It was very busy and we had to wait 15 mins for a table. Not sure if this was typical but it was the first Sunday after payday. The queue for the carvery had about 20 people before us and we were dealt with in a timely manner. Meat was good Ham Turkey and Beef. The veg was varied and plentiful with the gravy and condiments at the end. The veg was cooked well and not soggy if only lukewarm despite the heaters. On the whole a nice experience and you can tell by my plate I left with a full tum. Will use again thank you
