I was aware of the local reviews of The Plough. However, living in New Waltham, we never got around to visiting. Then, I became Tetneys EVRI courier 😆 During the long days of the Christmas rush. They were kind enough to allow me to run in and use the facilities a lot 😊 So, made the effort to go for a meal. Both my partner and I were delighted with the food. Excellent value for money on both food and drink. Lovely friendly staff. Good layout of tables. Plenty of space. Will definitely visit again soon xx
Staff looked after us really well, service very efficient and friendly. Food was amazing. Fresh, high quality ingredients. Loved the Ham Hock Terrine starter and the Aspatagus&brie Wellington was absolutely perfect. Well worth the culinary experience!

After recently moving to the village, the Plough is a wonderful little pub. Food is amazing the Sunday lunch is unbelievable and the staff are brill. Definitely a perfect local for me x
Great local pub, very busy with locals inside on Xmas eve daytime. Barmaid was really friendly, lovely actually, very professional and efficient, a Megan Fox lookalike. We just stayed for coffee would be great if they would invest in a proper coffee machine, coffee was so-so but place was cosy, warm, nice country decor, would definitely return for drinks or meal.
