Honestly, shocking the barman, tallish, glasses - we were the only ones in there I asked to turn the music down because you couldn’t hear yourselves think - said no, that’s the volume, I said why’s that. He pointed at me, said no. Like I was some child. I am absolutely appalled that you can think it’s OK to talk to anyone, never mind a paying customer like that.
