A warm welcome awaits you in the Penrhyn Arms. Our interiors are quirky and rustic with two real fires in winter and candles make for a cosy atmosphere. We have a large tropical style beer garden for the warmer months with three big heated parasols.
We are serving our woodfired pizza and sides Monday to Saturday 5.30pm-8.30pm. Every Wednesday is curry night and every Sunday 12-4pm Sunday lunches. Please look out for our daily specials blackboard.

The Penrhyn Arms is just a mile from Llandudno’s seafront near the little Orme. We are a Real Ale Pub with a large south-facing tropical style beer garden. The Penrhyn Arms has recently been newly refurbished to a rustic quirky style and has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. For the cold winter months, we have two large real wood log fires to keep you warm and in the summer it’s all about the beer garden! Our Beer Garden is built to a Mediterranean style and is complete with an Outdoor Woodfired Pizza Oven to tantalize the tastebuds. There is a variety of palm trees, ferns, olives and fruit trees along with a waterfall and fountain that make it the perfect escape. We are an old-worldly pub with modern undertones and an emphasis on real ales, craft beers, ciders and perries. The pub has won multiple awards including being featured in the CAMRA good beer guide and more recently in 2021 the only pub in Wales to win a Gold award from CAMRA for our real ales. The pub also stocks a great selection of wines, gins, rums, whiskeys and spirits and is dog-friendly.

Cosy pub on a winter’s day with blazing fire. Just stopped by for a drink this time but have eaten pizza there in the past and it was good. I saw this time that there are vegan options. Happy to have the children there.
I went to a Christmas party there last night with 11 people and the food was absolutely amazing! Turkey dinner with all the trimings was so good. There was a duo singing who were great. I would highly recommend! Thanks for hosting a great night had by all!
Really, really lovely pub. Beautifully done out....Still keeping it's pub feel. Really cosy but also up to date. The food was excellent. We were a group of 8, there for mine and my partners hen weekend. All served promptly and everyone was happy with their meals. Highly recommended.
Lovely beer garden with pizza oven! We had a great wood fired pizza and sat outside. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, would go back again.
Update: remove a star. Went back there again and the pizza had peppers that had gone bad. They didn't have more peppers to redo it so gave my money back. Been there 3 times already. Love the swing jazz band playing there. I'm usually not a pizza person but it seemed to be a thing there, I decided to give it a go. We had 2 different flavours to share and despite none of them are the things I would order, they were really delicious. Crispy crust and very flavourful. I'd definitely have their pizza again. Mind you they stop serving pizza at 8pm! Went there again very recently and the pizza was still fantastic. Had vegetarian pizza and Greek pizza. I prefer the vegetarian one more.
