Wonderful friendly pub. Friendly and welcoming and a great little find. We recommend popping in and meeting the locals for sure. We visited two other pubs before finding this little gem.
It's a nice old pub it does not put food on keeps a good pint they play bingo at 6 till 8

This is not a plastic pub, it's as real and as full of character as the people who drink there. Can't rate the beer as the landlord was waiting for a delivery, had to settle for a pint of Boddingtons keg beer, it was fine.
If you like your pubs old fashioned and unchanged with character, with cheap, good ale then it's worth a trip.
