What a fabulous place! Everyone is so welcoming and the Sunday lunch was the best that I have ever had. We are here for a week and plan to work our way through the menu. I cant recommend it more highly.
Great traditional pub serving a traditional sunday lunch. I highly recommend this place.
Had a fantastic Sunday lunch here recently. There were ten of us plus a dog and nothing was too much trouble. Staff polite and friendly, food was plentiful and delicious, the big jugs of gravy were a big plus! I managed to squeeze in an apple crumble for dessert and it was gorgeous! If you’re in the area I’d recommend giving this gem of a pub a try.
Amazing Sunday roast! It is very filling! Couldnt fit in a desert, which was very disappointing. We had the trio of meat, it was beautiful but perhaps could have had a dessert if we had just had one meat! Great ales on draught. Good service, lovely waitresses and bar staff. Doggies are allowed.
A great base for walking around the many beautiful bays in this area after an excellent breakfast. Then when you get back, you can relax in a friendly village pub with a pint of real ale and a superb meal. This fish dishes here can match some of the higher end fish restaurants…
