Jake and his wife and team run a very friendly, fun pub. As a solo traveler, they made me very welcome, with converstaion and banter alike. Football & sports on TV and great beers on tap. If you're walking home, don't have more than one "Fletchers Special" (a secret recipe)! Thanks Jake & team! See you again.

We have been coming here for 3 years and they make you feel very welcomed. We love it there,the locals are very nice too.They owners always recognise us and tbh that's great that just shows you that they take notice of not just there locals but people that come back.Very pleased of how we get looked after there such a lovely atmosphere from all. Brilliant pub.
Lovely dog friendly pub, beer good price & barmaid (sue) & locals really friendly. Put the TV on especially for us to watch England world cub game. Visited twice during our visit to Hawick & will def return when we visit again. Thank you for making us feel so welcome x
