Experienced Chef's position. 30-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Job description: All aspects of the day to day running of the kitchen. Planning, preparing and cooking fresh homemade dishes from our menus plus a changing specials board. Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards including paperwork. Stock control.
Experience is essential. Own transport an advantage as poor local transport links. Relevant qualifications desired but not essential to the right candidate.
Must be reliable and committed as the position is permanent. Must have a flexible approach to working hours.
