Make sure you avoid this pub!! The assistant manager is rude and her customer service is terrible. Not worth the money or time.
Assistant manger has to be the worst person for customer service she did not help what so ever. Very chewy and I feel for who ever else she services terrible and I will never go in this pub again.
Stayed here last two nights in room 3..the room is like an oven..turned rads off but bathroom underfloor heating / heater in cupboard? on all the time. Opened windows but as it's raining you hear a constant drip drip drip on a polycarbonate roof right outside window. The room itself is clean and tidy .I'd stay again but just not in room 3. Friendly welcome and good pint of John Smiths. Thanks Whitby .

Beautiful location to have a drink 🍸 and watch ⌚ people and the world 🌎 go by, good selection of beers 🍻 and the scenery looks up to the Abbey .Even afternoon entertainment when 200 jordies are on a ride out to Whitby and we find 25 of them 😀.
