Only been three times. Each time was spot on. Very friendly pub. Don't go there thinking you're a bad man/girl coz you may find some resistance. If you can just be normal you'll love it 👍
Horrible place. Went in on a Sunday afternoon and the "Welcome" I got from the person behind the bar can only be described as pure hostility. I was literally the only person in the dump, apart from two blokes sat in the back yard. Funny really, the Nelson was trading well and the Cricketers which i went to later was doing really well too - but the Newmarket was just dead. Might have been something to do with the "Welcome" from the person behind the bar. Place stank too.
A local pub for local people, only joking, best day Sunday afternoon karaoke,disco, certain Saturday nights, Dj,live entertainment, see fb, if you don't drink Holt's you will be hit hard for everything else, as in all of the chain. Nice beer garden.
