Had an amazing Sunday lunch here. Really fantastic food and atmosphere. Live music was great and best roast beef I’ve had in ages.
Lovely setting alongside the river. Beautiful views. The service and staff very good. Room we stayed in could do with a paint job and some of the plumbing (toilet flush and taps) have seen better days.
Visited on 23rd Dec. Haven't been here for many years, but glad we decided to book a table. We were greeted by a gentleman with an excellent beard and he couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Well done that man!! Starters and main were excellent. My only criticism would have been the pudding choices. It's a personal thing, but they didn't really suit me - it's Christmas.... bring on a trifle!! Overall, we'd definitely return. We've eaten out quite a lot during December and this was one of the nicest meals we've had - add to that excellent service and comfortable surroundings and you're onto a winner.
Lovely place and location. The menu food was very good and very reasonably priced. The waitress just needed to leave us alone, enough said.
We had a wonderful dinner experience at Newbridge on Usk. The food was stunning and the service was faultless. The location is also beautiful, with a lovely drive through the countryside to reach it. We are looking forward to returning.
