Can’t fault it. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, unreal food at such a reasonable price! Definitely need to go back here
High quality food, very tasty and loads of it! Lovely friendly staff, very helpful especially as they couldn't find our reservation but still accommodated us. Would definitely recommend.
Christmas Day. At Neville Arms . We arrived for our Lunch. To very busy bar had a few drinks. We walked through to the restaurant to find nobody eating. All tables set very nice . So we asked member of staff for our table . The reply was no food today only for family private party. Whoops no Christmas dinner for us . We had booked in October. And received a reminder of our booking Christmas Eve. The owner came to us to explain some how we hadn’t been Notified of cancellation from him taking over the booking. But he said do not worry you can join me and my family for your Christmas dinner. Wow. And for free. What a lovely family business this is . We had a wonderful Christmas dinner. Food fantastic. Personal service . And all for free. So we had fabulous Christmas Day. All thanks to the Neville Arms family & their lovely staff. Please go there you will enjoy. We thank you again for your service and kindness. And sorting a problem so efficiently and family friendly. Hands down the best fish pie and veg I've ever had, it's like the chef was my best mate and knows how I like my food. Fantastic little village, perfect for a pint after a walk. We'll definitely be returning.
We came here for my wife's 40th birthday after having a table cancelled last minute. We called them and they accommodated 8 of us with no problem. The food, service and ambience was top notch. The live band even sang a song for my wife on her birthday. Such a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Thanks for making our night one to remember.
