exceptional food, piping hot and delicious, customer private parking provided. Lovely décor really nice atmosphere and great service. 100% we will come back.
Everything was lovely. Most senior server, who may have been owner, was repeatedly snippy/rude to a few of us over the course of the meal. It was my Dad's 80th and my 99yr old Gran was there. We were a large party.
What a charming and well decorated hidden restaurant. Loved the theme of the decor, very relaxing. Nice outdoor seating areas, car park at back. Menu choices ample with specials. Decent prices. Service was good, loved the glass of water brought to table without asking. Chateaubriand medium ordered, more medium to well in my opinion. Would have liked a bit more blood especially in the centre. Chips were lovely, fish and chips ok, batter soggy though. Would return though to try lunch time menu as the service was good and I really liked the decor.
Nine of us went for an early dinner on Saturday to celebrate our 60th year. From the moment we arrived it was fab, excellent food - great choices available. Good wine list and all very reasonably priced. All the staff were just lovely and when one of our taxis didn’t turn up the owner drove us to the pub! Great night thank you all for making it so special.
Excellent atmosphere and comfortable setting. Very good food. The venison was brill. Very friendly and engaging staff. Highly recommended. Will be back.
