First time in decades that I've been out for Christmas lunch. I was concerned that it would be crowded - we would be rushed to eat. Far from it, diners well spaced out. Food hot, we'll presented & tasty. Service was good, friendly staff, who took time to take a photo for us. Wonderful experience
Had a lovely meal here with the family. Plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and polite and the service was brilliant. The food was cooked well and tasted great. Will definitely be back
The welcome and helpfulness of all the staff on our two night stay was excellent. Service of the meals was speedy even when it was busy and the food was a good level of quality. The room was clean, tidy and had all the advertised facilities. The hot and powerful shower was also a treat. The only downside was a group of whining golfers at breakfast but that’s not really in their control! Thank you!
Stayed here for 3 nights due to a travel with work, Room was cleaned daily, fresh towels. Ate breakfast and dinner here - Breakfast served with a selection of pastries, cereals all to help yourself with the chance to order any hot food too (which i did and all came out cooked perfectly) .. Quick service. Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, will definitely be returning. Good price room and food. Can’t fault it. Thank you
Booked mill on the soar, wasn’t busy but yet again, I got to the till & they hadn’t got what I wanted, ordered another burger that is worded so wrong & it was vegan , their was 6 of us & they bought 5 meals out & told us they had no vegan buns, to order something else would have meant we would have finished our meals & my husband would have ate alone. So I shared mine after asking 3 times for a spare plate, by which time mine was cold, I asked for a refund, the staff were rude & not good at hospitality at all, she eventually gave me a gift card after much debating, it was a terrible experience, it needs all the staff to be trained properly
