Had five day holiday there with Caledonian travel after traveling from down all I wanted to do was just unpack and get sorted but the deputy manager instead we all go the the bar so he could talk once that was over it only give u 20 minutes or so to get sorted as dinner was at 18.00 service was slow and only had 45 minutes for breakfast and dinner the room was very cold the radiator would not come on the shower pressure was poor it toke ages for the hot water to come though but the staff were fantastic could not fault the cleaning staff of the waiters and bar staff only thing is I just hope that we had our meals facing the bay as the restaurant was way to hot would I stay again maybe if thing's changed but at this moment no
We were there a couple of weeks ago we were in room 3 we had our own balcony the food was lovely the entertainment was great the staff the chef the manager was brilliant we had a great time we would go back .
Again if you are given good service it deserves recognition and a review. Location is very central and obviously ideal given it is on the beach road. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the food that was available for breakfast and dinner was very nice, bedrooms have everything you'd expect and I'd certainly be happy to return. #CoachDriver #HarryShawTours #HarryShawCoaches
Can down from Scotland from Caledonian travel bus tour. This wee hotel is fabulous x Food , service, location and price. It was a great pleasure to send 4/5 days .. bar staff , Mark on front desk and the staff in the restaurant where 100% on the ball. the owner was also totally focused in making sure the everything was spot on. Room clean tidy and fresh towels every day. Amazing prices. Menu variety was great and food was plentiful and served promptly and hot x thank you . Oh and the bar prices where just fabulous x
Just got back from a 5 day coach trip staying at the Midland Hotel. Had a lovely seaview room a bit dated but very clean and airy. The staff are amazing so helpful and friendly. Bingo an entertainment every night. Had a fantastic stay can't wait to go again 😆
