Nice pub my grandson loved playing pool and I liked the 80's music. Nice clean toilets and plants outside. Plants all dead now! Plants improved plants dead again because of the colder weather

Often looked on as an "interesting" pub with people about town due to past life and past clientele. As many pubs in the area can be seen. And people don't go and try out their local pub or the pub opinion can be based on past times. But in recent years there have been a great couple of managers and bar staff. It is clean, friendly, got a great pool table and a dart board in the games section of the bar. Good food. The beer selection is good and a good price for current times. Well done all involved. Great outdoor area as well sun on the area till late in the evening.
Had a great evening watching a band. The staff were friendly and our dog was made welcome as you can see.
