Situated in the traditional Victorian seaside town of Southport, The Windmill is a typical English pub. One of the oldest in Southport, the first records of The Windmill are from about 1833. Originally three fisherman's cottages, The Windmill has expanded over the years under a number of various brewers including Nuttalls Prize Ales, Matthew Brown, Lions ales, Whittle Springs, Scottish & Newcastle and most recently Heineken. In November 2018 partners Neil & Tom became the latest custodians of The Windmills long history and bring with them experience in catering, they are looking forward to many more years at The Windmill. Neil & Tom welcome you to their pub and hope you enjoy a visit to one of Southport’s most Traditional pubs.
