I was surprised at how busy it was. I went on a Friday night. They had karaoke on. The Dj was very good. It was a great atmosphere. Everyone joined in with the singers.
What can I say, we loved it, visited on a Saturday afternoon so full of locals meeting up , watching the sports on TV'S and enjoying a good selection of beers and wine š·, say no more.
It's an old-fashioned scruffy pub with scruffy people and smelly toilets. Ok if you want a couple of cheap pints, and it's always full, but I would rather go to spoons for a cheap drink. My husband likes a couple here so I tolerate it
It's a lovely place we go on a Tuesday and play bingo and enjoy a good pint my girlfriend is disabled and they help her the landlord and wife are lovely and friendly so are the people
Very friendly town centre pub. Clean and bright. Entertainment on some nights. Highly recommended.
