Good old fashioned proper pub. Food was good..fish and chips. Nothing fancy at all but just what was needed on a bike ride.
Had a lovely drink in here after football one evening. Beers lines are kept well and even on a sleepy Wednesday evening the pub still had great atmosphere. See you soon
Went for Sunday lunch. Place is a bit tatty. The beer was very good. Sunday roast was ok but lamb beef and pork were all sliced meat rather than roasted then sliced
Nice cosy Devon pub with friendly service. Food excellent. Homemade steak and Ale pie very tasty (and I am fussy). The chips are homemade and delightful. Great fish and chips in light crispy batter and scampi also very good. Chicken curry a bit dry (the chicken). Proper real ales. Good value
Thank you for such a lovely meal and incredible service. It was our first meal out with our baby, and we were very nervous, but we were made so welcome by all the staff (and customers!). We loved the food, it was all really fresh and there was really good variety on the menu. Husband also enjoyed the beers on tap š» Would recommend visiting if youāre on holiday in the area, the Manor Inn was amazing š¤© Only āif possibleā I would love to see more alcohol free wine or gin on the menu, as Iām not a fan of the alcohol free beersā¦ but there was a very good range of soft drinks too which was great š
