We had a quick dinner on a Sunday night. We thought the deluxe burger was tasteless and undercooked. Our portion of edamame beans was tiny and overpriced. We also paid £3.40 for a glass of coke. The service and the atmosphere were pleasant though.

The bar staff at this place are so bad is almost beyond belief. The Italian Barman that served us was very rude and when we asked for a whisky with ice.. he added lemonade and said ‘don’t worry.. it’ll add a light citrus flavor!’. So weird!! Then he said he didn’t know how to make an old fashioned. Poor service, poor standard of drinks. We were a group of seven trying to enjoy a family dinner and we all left feeling very disappointed. We will not return

First time here. The location and atmosphere was fab! Food was super tasty, good portions sizes. Drinks service was really quite slow, but it was the day before Xmas Eve so I will make allowances. Will be returning in Jan for 50% off deal on food

Booked a bottomless brunch for sunday 3rd and had a great time. Food and drinks were lovely and I couldn't fault the service we had from Laura. She was so professional and friendly with excellent drinks and food recommendations for our brunch

What a lovely venue, a fantastic addition to Newcastle nightlife. Great venue, lovely surroundings, fabulous food and a brilliant choice of drinks. (can't believe Grey Goose on the Bottomless brunch menu, I'll definitely be booking that soon). Well done to all the staff.
