We aim to provide a fun environment for all of our customers, we thrive on being able to provide atmosphere that has something for everyone, including quality food and beverages served with a smile in a relaxing space. We welcome a really diverse range of customers, from families, couples, young and old, builders to professionals this really adds to the pubs charm, we are child and a dog friendly establishment. We serve a selection of lagers, soft drinks, wines, cocktails and tea and coffee. We have a pool table, dartboard and duke box and show all of the BBC scheduled sport events as well as having scheduled organised bands and events.
As a visitor to the town I discovered the pub while walking. On entering I found a wonderful proper English pub selling great local cask ale plus others. It has a great traditional interior, super friendly service and chatty locals. Don't miss it!
Not usually in Warwick so popped in on my way home. Nice little pub but unfortunately found the staff really unfriendly. It felt very much like a local pub for local people and I suspect my face didn't fit...
My favourite pub!!! Very family friendly. Love going here with my partner and daughter for a couple of drinks and on Sundays we enjoy the best roast in Warwick (£10 and it’s massive). The owners are lovely and put a lot of effort into pleasing their customers. The garden is perfect for some summer drinks. Last year they had different food vans each weekend serving great food. We’re looking forward to spending lots of days in the garden here over the summer.
Really fantastic Sunday lunch . My daughter an I so enjoyed this meal …. best ever roast potatoes everything was cooked to perfection & seasoned well👌..with a good selection of veg. and nice to have the gravy served in a jug .. We ate in the garden it was a beautiful day and the service was great . Inside there was a friendly atmosphere .. I must praise the chef . I eat out a lot and this meal really did pass my expectations.. Thankyou..
Very good local pub with traditional styling. Serves a solid range of drinks and has a variety of bespoke street food options in the car park at weekends.

The Black Pug is one of the oldest buildings in Warwick, dating back to 1500. It still maintains some of its original features.
