Food was nice but staff could be more polite and at least pretend they are happy to be here. Tables as always not clean and when we asked for a cloth the girl was obviously not happy about it 🙄 Maybe if staff would be friendlier it would be more customers in.

Good place to meet up for a party, have a beer, have a few drinks. Much calmer than a few years ago. I recommend it.

Popped in for breakfast, if you have been in a wetherspoons before you will know what to expect. Reasonable food at a good price point. Here the food was good , but side dishes were tiny and not worth the cost. Despite the small amounts, quality was good. The pub itself isn't large and had little atmosphere but then again it was early.

Twice I've visited this place for food and twice I've ordered on the app and waited longer for my drinks than my food. Second occasion I ordered ham egg and chips and the eggs were overcooked so I sent my food back and yet the eggs came out again overcooked I mean who calls themselves a chef and can't cook fried eggs!! Sent the same chips back out 10 miniutes later they were stone cold. Terrible service Terrible food won't be re visiting this wetherspoons again even tho every other wetherspoons never fails this one just jaunt got it!

My second visit to this one, and although the staff were working hard, the service wasn't the best. Nachos and the chicken strips were fine. The loaded chips were sent back due to the tiny portion and missing sour cream. Thankfully, this was put right after a 15-minute delay and on the third attempt. Wasn't very impressed with the meagre portion of spaghetti bolognese either. Cannot fault the staff, however; the team were rushing around to try and compensate for the skeleton crew Some wonderful pictures on the wall of the local history and also a very impressive landscaped beer garden. Parking is a 5 minute walk and costs £1.40 for 2 hours.
