We have lovingly restored a historic London pub, reimagining it for the modern drinker. Enjoy a world-class selection of alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks - as well as the best Grilled Ploughman’s you’ve ever tasted. We can’t wait to welcome you in, and pour you a pint.
If you like non-alcoholic beers, the company of millennials, enjoy standing room only and are happy to pay a premium for it, then you'll love it, but I'm not such a person. The staff was courteous and friendly enough, and the bar was nicely set, but Lord, the kind of customer who frequents bars like this versus the occasional soul hiding from the rain, is not who I'd want to go drinking with. Thank Heaven that January is nearly over. Ha!
I have never been in this little gem of a pub before. Great Tim Taylor pint of beer. Small bar area, suits me. Decent bread, olives and salami for lunch too. Not expensive. Staff relaxed and efficient. Worth a visit
A quieter pub experience, which was nice, as it was approaching closing time on a Wednesday night. I was one of few people while the staff was closing up and they were very gracious. Great options for anyone and couple cask ales, both of which I tried. Would love to return to try the pies!
A tiny pub on the intersection of Hallam and Devonshire streets. The Lucky Saint is somewhat minimalist and peacefully enjoyable. A selection of keg beers and ciders on offer along with a couple of good cask ales for the purists. Service is first rate and everyone seems quite jolly, just how it should be in a pub. A great visit even though a little short.

The nearest Tube is Great Portland Street which is a few minutes walk away. . Formerly The Masons Arms, this four-storey, red-brick, regency terraced building was built in 1899. The Masons Arms was famous for its floral displays that covered every floor of the building. Unfortunately the pub closed post covid, thankfully it was resurrected by Lucky Saint in March this year. . This is small but perfectly formed elegant little pub. The decor here is traditional with a contemporary feel. The bar is “L” shaped with a beautiful wood panelled servery taking centre stage. The seating comprises of low level tables and chairs plus some stools against ledges next to charming etched windows. There is a simple Victorian fireplace, a dartboard and a few prints adorning the walls. Outside are a few barrels to gather around if you fancy a beer in the sun. . Lucky Saint may be a supplier of non alcoholic beer, but don’t worry there is a diverse selection of beers available. I decided on a pint of Camden Hells, my pint was great and about the right money for this brew. The food menu here comes in the form of @willys_pies , check out the chalkboard for pies available on the day, all pies cost £8.50. . I visited just before 6pm on a Saturday afternoon, on arrival the pub was relaxed and chilled. There were a couple of groups in plus a solo drinker watching the world go by out the window. This pub had a nice atmosphere with a soulful house soundtrack in the background. The service was great, the two staff on duty were very courteous and all smiles, this really makes a difference to any pub experience. . I’m so glad that @luckysaintbeer have brought this pub back to life, it was primarily down to @greg_james who championed for someone to take it on, nice one Greg. This simple but stylish boozer has now got a secure future. This is a great place to enjoy a beer, alcoholic or not. 🍻 . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 08.04.23
