Landlady very accomadating..even gave us a lift home..
I went for Burns Night with my husband and Son. I cannot give enough praise to all members of this cosy family run pub. The food is always amazing. I would highly recommend the Sunday lunch. They always go above and beyond, even giving my son extra helpings of their excellent haggis, neeps and tatties. Topped off by a wonderful Piper to the Haggis! Looking forward to coming again 😀
We stayed overnight in our camper in their car park with the caveat that we have a meal in the pub. Very glad we did as this is possibly the most hospitable pub and the most friendly staff I have come across. This coupled with brilliant food and drink made it a perfect overnight stay. We only live 35 minutes away but I think we will be making this a regular stop over just to get away for a night or two.
Been a few years since visiting Glasson Docks due to the pandemic, after a walk around we spotted a sign for Dalton Arms and decided to head over for some lunch. Not dissapointed at all, very friendly service. The food was spot on and was homemade and fresh. What a great find tucked away next to the smokehouse. Definately worth a visit if you are in the area and are after a drink and some food. You wont be dissapointed. Definately going to drop by for lunch next time we are over that way.
Absolutely lovely place, wonderful service, best fish and chips I have ever had, gorgeous fresh fish, and the place was spotless (even the bathroom). Would highly recommend and will be going again!
A rare find. Actual home cooked food. Highest quality. Value for money. Great location. Staff that are effective, kind and hospitable. Beer great. Child friendly. Dog friendly. Live music. Give this a try, you won’t be disappointed.
