I booked for Christmas Day lunch for myself and a friend, and I'm so pleased I did. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I could fault nothing. The general ambience was delightful. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was exquisite and well presented. My friend, who had chosen from the more traditional Christmas fare on the menu, said hers was excellent. I had chosen from the vegetarian options, and every course was a delightful taste sensation.
Went in on a Thursday after noon and there was only one server Jude I think his name was. Considering how busy it was he was just amazing not once did he come across as stressed and he helped our table with all our requests. We met family we rarely see and he went above and beyond to make it a nice happy and relaxed experience. A true credit to the pub.

Delicious food. Especially customer service was very caring and helpful. Like to come back for a pint 🍻. Highly recommend the Lamb Inn, we came here back in early May for a Wedding Dinner / meal. The area we managed to book was large and fairly spacious, with a nice enclosed garden area for people to step out for some air or a quiet place to take a call. The was plenty of parking space which allowed for around 30 guests and their cars. The staff was brilliant when we arrived, they were very polite, and gave us a warm welcome, and got us drinks quite quickly. The food was great, we had the Pork terrine, and Roast Beef which was great (just felt that we needed a bit more gravy), and we heard that the prawn cocktails and Soup were also great along with the Salmon. The food was served on time and hot with a large bowl of vegetables on the side for people to pick how much or little they wanted. Highly recommend coming here if you are in the area for a drink and some food.
