The Knoxbridge is a local pub that has recently received a new lease on life thanks to the ingenuity and hard-work of some inspired new leadership.
At The Knoxbridge we want you to feel at home! We strive to provide a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you can enjoy good food, good wine and beers and good company. We offer a cozy interior and beautiful outside sitting area so no matter what the weather you can enjoy yourself.
Do not be persuaded to put any food or drinks on a bar tab in this pub. If you get drunk enough to not notice or offend/annoy the management and they think they will get away with it, they have a tendency to add drinks on to it that you have not actually been served for extra profit.
Not been in there for a few years about 30 did used to have photos of hop pickers on the walls, are they still there? Used to do a cracking pint of Shepherd Neane ale, what do they sell now?
This is seriously good food. I had the fillet steak (medium rare) and it was cooked to perfection. Desserts cause a problem, as the choice is difficult. Fred the French Chef really knows what he is doing, and Tony at the bar was very welcoming. Will return.
First visit today, food was lovely. Definitely will be back, friendly and helpful staff
Fantastic atmosphere and bar staff very friendly and welcoming. Nice bitter from local brewery and tasty food. Glad we decided to make a random stop off.
