A lovely local pub with a great atmosphere and very friendly workers!
Pop in for a pint on our travel very rude as we entered the pub told room in the back no room here. Pint was OK, not the best.
Great landlord - very helpful. I was looking for a place to pitch my tent whilst walking the Macmillan Way. He asked a friendly neighbour who let me pick my tent and even ran an electric cable so I could charge my devices. The clients were very friendly and chatty. A lovely atmosphere. They serve great quality local beers.
Excellent place so welcoming friendly accept everyone regardless of creed colour disability. The owners are lovely they adapted the menu around me. As a disabled person they were fantastic with me. I can’t rate them high enough
A completely unexpected but wonderful find. We had been to The Royal Oak at Eydon only to find they weren't serving food. A local in the pub suggested we tried here. The pub kindly rang ahead and booked us a table and off we went. It's a fabulous pub, which is very cosy and has a large roaring fire. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating of our various dietary requirements! I really hope people continue to support them. I wish I had a pub like that near me. I'd be there every weekend.😄
