Had a horrible day, the wife suggested we go out for a meal.... all i can say is WOW!👌 👏 😍 👍 🥰. I've not had a hot dog like the Brock dog in years! What a delectable treat!🤤 They say good food brings good mood. I entered the premises feeling terrible and left with a smile from ear to ear. Will definitely recommend and suggest to friends . Staff member Ffion was lovely. And my wife was thoroughly impressed with the big pit master burger. 10/10 for presentation, portion size , price and taste 👌 can't wait to try the ribs 😋 😀
A bit of a wait, but for 9 people, we were seated quickly and the food was warm and tasty. The cajun fries are extremely well seasoned and obviously recently fried. Overall, I had a really great time, definitely coming back sometime.
Walked in+asked them if they could sit 16 of us! Already people on 2 tables+a table of 16 booked. They pushed tables together for us. Had a wait cos others had booked but we didn't mind. Had a drink anyway. Nice pint. Nice drinks. Staff were brilliant! And the food was worth the wait. Everyone had different things. Me, Mam+my friend shared 3 different dishes. Every single person loved their food. It was amazing! We also them to put Christmas music on. They did. The staff could not have been nicer + accommodating. We all said we're going back again. Fantastic! Thank you so much guys for looking after us all. You smashed it! 👌😋✌️♥️
For the price and wait, you would expect a much higher standard for the food. I have visited many bars, grills and burger places and was extremely disappointed. The portion sizes were small and ingredients were extremely cheap. I dined and had a hallomi stack which had 3 lumps of halloumi bites, drenched in srirachi sauce. The bun had disintegrated wasn't toasted or even brioche. The chips were distainfully brown and aweful taste were hidden by drowning them in greasy garlic butter. The postmix drinks were warm and no ice was offerred. When you walk in, the restaurant looks like a nightclub with a selection of drums and kit and broken juice machines. My shoes stuck to the wooden floor after walking over a small patch of sticky, smelly, vomited stricken carpet in the way to the smelly toilets. The experience was also ruined from listening to 90 minutes of cocomelon children's songs through the TV. Not what you expect at a bar and grill. I had great expectations visiting this restaurant but was sadly disappointed and hungry... feeling like I wasted money. I do not often write bad reviews as I celebrate most food offerings. I feel it important to pass on the feedback, so they improve. With nearby competitors like The Front and Five Guys. They need to step it up.
I ordered a beef burger but was sent chicken, the pork was 50% fat, the burgers arrived squashed, soggy and cold. When we called upto complain we were informed they had ran out of beef hence sending chicken- we were not made away of this untill we sat down to eat. We were initially refused a refund, however after some time arguing they did agree. I then messaged their page, to try and inform the owner of the problems we experiences - only to be given pure attitude and be harassed with messages and false aligations. We will hopefully get put money back, but clearly we are not getting an apology. The place has protencial, it's a shame they don't care enough to try and correct simple errors.
