Set on the side of the Ken water at the top of loch Ken sits this hotel/pub. The owners have a dog which doesnt like other dogs so in bad weather you can't take yours in. The new owners are in the process of getting the place going again.
Everything about this place has been amazing, the Owners have been absolutely amazing with there hospitality and kindness towards the 4 of us, the family room was extremely clean and well presented. We are going to be staying here again when are next down this way! 1000% recommended
Just taken over by new managment - Its so homely and welcomeing. The hosts were both so lovely, so kind and guest focused, they cooked me a lovely dinner even though I just missed the end of service time. Plus an adorable clean room!
Only popped in for a few drinks . What a stunning little pub / hotel . Cracking little bar with a great atmosphere Did not view hotel rooms but did admire the stunning location and venue that can be used by caravan owners too 2 rounds of drinks ... I would say expensive £50 covered 4 double shot drinks, 2 single whiskeys, half a bitter and a fresh orange. That to me is expensive. Pool table on site , £1 a play ... Great little bar The photos clearly show the stunning location
We travelling in the area earlier this week and happened upon the Kenbridge hotel. had a lovely stay, our hosts we're both attentive and good company and their food was excellent. The hotel is an old coaching house with plenty of character and the locals in bar were great company through the evening. We ate on the patio at the rear of the hotel with a lovely sundown aspect over the river next to the beautiful Ken bridge itself. We'll certainly stay at this hotel next time we're in the area.
