Really fun place for people of all ages. Always great music
Smirnoff is not Smirnoff it's Smirnoff mixed with some other vodka it didn't taste right at all...the house tasted better tbh ...my daughter paid with her card on the Friday they had taken it on the Friday and it was taken again on Sunday... and she had to show evidence of her being else where and not there again on the Sunday? thankfully we could prove it so the extra payments was refunded to her card this is the 2nd time it's happened ...pay with cash not card ! But generally a ok place pops a bit flat but for a back Street pub in bridge it's what you expect nothing special but ok compared to most !

While dancing in a group of four, minding our own business, an unprovoked man suddenly struck my partner from behind for absolutely no reason. He then turned to his friend, holding a bottle, and menacingly declared his intention to harm my partner. Concerned for everyone's safety, I bravely stepped in between them, preventing any further harm by firmly holding onto the raised bottle. Unfortunately, I ended up getting beer all over myself and into my eyes during this ordeal. I continued to hold the bottle so that he wouldn’t use it as an weapon until the bouncers arrived, explaining the entire situation to them. However, I was disheartened when the bouncers, who were notably smaller than the aggressor, chose to handle the situation by asking me to leave instead of dealing with the person who had just violently attacked someone for no apparent reason. This entire experience was truly shocking. Upon reading other reviews, it becomes apparent that this establishment lacks the proper training for their doormen to handle such situations effectively. I strongly recommend that they undergo further training to ensure the safety and well-being of their patrons.
Always my favourite destination and go to bar in Stalybridge and has been for a few years now, a great family run establishment with very reasonable drink prices and a range of music played depending who's on the decks
