Lovely place. Good beers, great music
So so loud and over stimulating, While I understand noise laws and licensing allows them to play music I am unable to sit at my dinner table and eat without hearing someone on the microphone so loud it’s shaking my windows. In no world does the music need to be so loud I can hear three streets away with all the windows closed. I’m unable to sleep or really function in my flat with the level of noise that it’s going. A little turn down of the volume to be respectful of the people around wouldn’t go a miss.
Lush pub. Good food, wonderful service and great selection of drinks! Owners are very friendly and accommodating to customers needs and wants. Highly rate the skittle bombs (5x for 12 quid!) Wonderful atmosphere!
Been to this pub many times over the years. Unique Art Deco artwork, live music, good food, lovely staff and a great beer and cider festival at the same time as Lincoln beer and cider festival. Highly recommended
Not the best location in Lincoln, but once you go inside, that does not matter. Wonderful art deco decoration, good choice of ciders and the best value food we have found anywhere. Very friendly staff, and we will be back in the better weather to sit in the surprise garden round the back.
