Honestly a lovely place for ribs. Early or late, yeah the other foods good. Great staff! Great folk who will leave you alone if you wanna be alone or if your in the mood to chat, lots of elderly folk happy to banter away. Besides the one guy. Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome food! Besides that one customer. :D

I ordered on Deliveroo so wasn’t expecting it to be too hot anyway.. given the two stars because my sons food was fine (for a 2 year old) but I didn’t even eat mine just had the salad. I got a hotdog and mash (weird combo but I’m pregnant and fussy lol) I didn’t expect them both to come in the same tub. So the mustard from the hotdog was over the mash and the hotdog bun was wet and soggy so just put me off all together. I suggest maybe separating the two..

This was our first time here, so didn't know what to expect. Our first impressions outside were of a tired building in need of some TLC. Inside was nicer, but the restaurant area was adjacent to the bar and there were some very loud people who were obviously very happy and had probably had too much to drink. However, the menu was appealing and the food was served in good time and was very good quality. For the price, it was excellent. I was pleased there were some unusual dishes, so I went for Fajitas, while my wife had a Rump Steak and we shared a very large Eton Mess Sundae for dessert. No complaints. I feel it needs modernising, with a greater separation between the pub and the restaurant. We'd go back again if it wasn't so noisy.

Reasonably priced pub, but personally the food wasn't great. I had ordered the chicken tikka masala which came with 2 peices of naan, 2 onion bhajis and 2 poppadoms with mango chutney. The curry itself was very watery and had the consistency of soup. The rest of the meal was ok, but not great which is a shame as I think it was a good price for what could've been a great meal!
