Modern, funky decor in the centre of town with a massive selection of drinks and service with a smile!! Great pub!!!
I didnt eat just popped in as my husband kept telling me how lovely it is inside. He wasn't wrong, lovely staff and not full of young kids like a lot of bars in the area. Beautifully decorated.
Absolutely amazing Sunday lunch, piping hot and all fresh veg , and lovely sorting and so friendly , highly recommended
5 of us for Sunday dinner. Absolutely great.Plenty food, tasty and hot. Recommended . Will be back through the week to try something off the week menu.
Quirky hidden gem, a must vist establishment! Only negative is it's downstairs. Wonderfully decorated with an extensive gin collection and if gin is not your tipple then there's plenty of other choices including draft beers. The toilets are bright, clean, with a pleasant aroma and a lock on the door! While I did not try the food I plan to in the future, the menu has a great variety of meals to choose from. The barman and his partner are very friendly, welcoming people and have a good knowledge of local history. Which I very much enjoyed hearing about. Definitely by far the best bar/restaurant in Ashington.
