A good size car park, which is pay and display, but if you're using the pub facilities you use the machine inside and get extra time parking for free. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and is clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and service was very good. Our food was very tasty and portion sizes were reasonable. There is a good choice on the menu. We had a lovely visit.
Arrived Sunday night week before Christmas and was greeted with a warm inviting atmosphere, live music, family friendly. Just lovely. Just there for drinks, but the food we saw looked great, good hearty pub grub.
Stopped going here a number of years ago as it got really bad, thought a revisit was over due and was happy we did! Service was good, staff were quick and very friendly. Food was really good although the curry had very little meat and the world’s smallest naan - it was nice, but not good value. Pub is in a great location, parking situation/signs is deliberately confusing, as it stands now if you are eating you don’t need to pay.
Lovely pub, with tasty food in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and reasonably priced food. The food is fresh and tasty. Highly recommend a visit 👌
Great food. Fast and helpful service, Lionel!!! We got there after 2pm and the (yummy) food was cooked to order. Gladly surprise with the generous portions and fair prices. Free (limited by time) car park for patrons We will try to come back when in the area.

The Valley is fortuitously placed in Bishopston, close to the beautiful beaches of Pwll du, Brandy Cove & Caswell. The pub is popular with locals and visitors alike and provides good homemade food as well as at least 4 real ales and a scrumpy pump
