I walked into the pub and was blocked from getting to the bar by three men engaged in robust discussion. I have been known to use profanity on occasion but it would need to be a lot more incentivised than cheap near out of date beer for me to remain. YMMV
We had a very bad experience there. The staff are so rude. We were 12 people and ordered online using the QR code on the menu. We have asked them several times for our food and after more than 1 hour they guy told us wait I only have two hands! They didn't bring one of our chips and after we have told them 6 times the same guy said you have already ate it!! He pointed at the remaining of another chips on the table and said if you want more you can have that! They are so rude. Finally they didn't bring the chips although we have paid for it! Never going there again!
AVOID AT ALL COST By far one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. We never got all our food, items from order were missing and when enquired the waiter started arguing over having already send all the items. After 20 mins of arguing, they said they will send the remaining food, well , never received it. A portion of chips hadn’t arrived so when we asked for the chips, they pointed at someone else’s chips at the table and said they have those left on the table just eat those. With a table of 12 and having spent plenty on food and drink, they decided to argue over 20 mins for a portion of chips. In the end one person who had only ordered chips to eat ended up walking out without having any food at all. The staff was extremely rude including the manager/supervisor themselves.
Decent Wetherspoon’s pub near Uxbridge Station. Six cask ales on handpump when I visited. A few tables outside. The building the pub occupies was Pearson’s menswear shop. The firm was originally founded as a tailor’s, hence the reference in the name to good yarn.
Wetherspoons can never disappoint you.. Well Priced items with great quantity. Cozy place with a lot of options in the alcohol section aswelll as the food section. Tried the Below items 1:Fried Scampi 5/5 (had two portions by myself😂) 2: Breaded cod with chips and peas(Classic Fish & Chips) 4/5 3: Chicken Wings Bucket with Spicy and Garlic Mayo Dip 10/10 Recommendations 4:Fried Scampi platter with chips,Peas and mashed Potatoes
